From the Ruby Kinglet team

Ruby Kinglet builds workflow software for the jewelry industry. The founding team’s backgrounds include jeweler, designer, GIA gemologist, and ML specialists who have led AI teams in San Francisco and Singapore. We’ve been solving hard problems in jewelry software since 2022, and currently serve more than 3,000 jewelers across the design, photoshoots, CAD, and customizer pillars of the platform.

Insights is where we’ll publish what comes out of that work. Pieces will rotate between industry overviews like the cover story above, feature deep-dives on the Ruby Kinglet platform, working notes from the design and ML teams, and trade-focused observations on craft, photography, and customization. There is no issue schedule. New pieces appear when there is something worth saying.
