Cheaper, same job
Keyideas RingBuilder at $145 a month is the obvious first look: the same core job, a free trial, and more reviews than Brilliance has. Custom Ring Builder at $99 with no setup fee is cheaper still. If you do not actually need a live diamond feed, and plenty of stores that bought one do not use it, Ring Facet at $70 gives you a 3D builder for a third of Brilliance's entry price. Before switching, ask each vendor directly which diamond feeds it supports, because that is where the real switching cost sits rather than in the monthly fee.

VDB Ring Creator is the most reviewed tool in the category at fourteen and is built around live diamond inventory, at a one-time $2,000 to $3,000 plus $150 to $550 a month. Its Shopify listing and its own site do not fully agree on the figures, so confirm before signing. GemFind is $295 to $345 on its Shopify listing and quotes per customer on its own site. Both are for stores where inventory is the proposition rather than a feature.
A different shape of tool
Ruby Kinglet's customizer is part of its Studio plan at $179 a month, or $125 billed annually, flat, with no per-order fee and no setup fee. It covers rings, bracelets, necklaces, and earrings, runs on Shopify with cart integration, and embeds on any site that takes HTML. It comes in three formats: Showcase, pre-rendered images swapped on click; Builder, a full AI customizer that renders the shopper's exact piece and collects it as a quote request; and Visualizer, a preview engine behind a customization UI you already have.
The difference from everything above is that the same workspace also covers design, CAD, and product photos, so the configurator is fed by the tool rather than by a CAD freelancer and a photographer. The honest limit: it is not a diamond-feed tool. If connecting settings to live stone inventory is the point of your storefront, Brilliance, GemFind, or VDB is doing something Ruby Kinglet does not.
