Does it work with my theme?
Any Online Store 2.0 theme. The customizer is a theme app block. Add it to your product template in the theme editor.
Do I need a developer?
No. Setup happens in the theme editor. If you get stuck, email us and we set it up with you. Included.
How are add-ons charged?
Add-ons you price in Ruby Kinglet, like engraving, get their own line in the cart and are charged at checkout. Choices that match your existing variants use those variants.
Where do quotes go?
To your email, with the shopper's render and their picks. Reply straight to the shopper.
Do I need a separate Ruby Kinglet account?
No. The app creates it from your store email. The plan is billed through Shopify and includes everything in Ruby Kinglet.
What data does the app access?
Products and inventory, plus the cart function that adds add-on lines. No customer data.
What happens if I uninstall?
Customizers stop the same minute. Your designs stay in your Ruby Kinglet account.
